SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it takes 2-5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. You can find an approximate shipping time located in each products description page. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it's delivered to your designated address.

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping, and allow free shipping for all purchases over $50.
Return & Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective. The claim for return must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please reach out to us immediately so we can handle the return timely.
If you suffer from buyers remorse or would like to exchange your product for a different size, please email admin@lotdoggy.com. I will do my best to meet your needs!
